Article 1 - Object

These conditions govern sales by https://leclosdelacotedor.fr/ for short or medium-term overnight stays in a furnished gîte and its additional products accessible at an additional cost. https://leclosdelacotedor.fr/ de nuitées courte ou moyenne durée dans un gîte meublé et des ses produits additionnels accessibles en supplément.

Any damage, non-compliance with the rules, theft, breakage, incivility will result in a complaint being filed.

Article 2 - Price

The prices of our products are indicated in euros, all taxes included (VAT and other taxes applicable on the day of the order), unless otherwise indicated and excluding processing costs.

The tourist taxes are collected by the owner upon reservation, who pays them to the syndicate of communes. 

All orders, whatever their origin, are payable in euros.

https://leclosdelacotedor.fr/ reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, regardless of the season or period (school holidays or not).

The price will be invoiced on the basis of the rate in force at the time of validation of the reservation and subject to availability.

A confirmation of the reservation will be validated by us within a maximum of 48 hours after your request.

The products remain the property of the company SARL BUISSON including during the tenants' stay.

Caution: as soon as the tenant takes possession of the premises (from the start of the stay, from the moment of entering the yard) responsibility for any damage caused in the gîte, the barn (games room), the spa, the sauna or the swimming pool is transferred in its entirety to the tenant.

The contractual information is presented in French and English and will be confirmed at the latest when your order is validated.

https://leclosdelacotedor.fr/ reserves the right not to record a payment, and not to confirm a reservation for any reason whatsoever, and more particularly in the event of an availability problem, or in the event of difficulty concerning the reservation received.

Each member of the household, friends, etc. concerned by the reservation must be identified before booking (surname, first name, date of birth, copy of Identity Card).

Article 4 - Internal regulations

• The gîte has a maximum capacity of 6 adults and 2 children. If the number of tenants exceeds this capacity, the owner reserves the right to refuse additional people. An arrangement can be made with the owner before booking.

• The customer undertakes to respect the rented place and to leave it in a condition similar to that of his arrival.
• The kitchen and dishes must be cleaned and put away.
• Parties, evenings, visitors and people outside the reservation must be reported to the owners.
• It is prohibited to use flammable products, to smoke in the entire interior space of the gîte, a smoking area with an ashtray has been made available. Warning: no cigarette butts on the ground.
• We love animals, only small, clean animals that do not lose their hair and that enjoy the company of children are allowed.
• A bank deposit by credit card is required when booking. 

Checks and cash for the deposit are not accepted.

• No music after 10 p.m. outside around the swimming pool, no noise likely to disturb neighbours day or night.
• Use of the internet in compliance with Hadopi laws
• For the good of the planet, it is forbidden to set the heating above 22°C or the air conditioning below 19°C
• Lighting must be used with care, “we go out, we turn it off” 
• The spa must be used after having first and obligatorily gone to the shower to rinse only with water, without soap.

No music during spa sessions to avoid additional noise pollution. The spa must be closed tightly after each use to allow good management of the water temperature.

• The SAUNA must be booked in the morning for the evening, a 45-minute warm-up is necessary for any use, see the owners for organization
• Petanque ground, 6 sets of petanque balls are at your disposal, 2 red jacks and 1 hoop
• In the barn (games room), a ping-pong table, ping-pong rackets with balls, tennis rackets with balls, two mini football cages with balls as well as a dart game.
• Pool: Swimming is permitted under parental supervision, aquatic leisure equipment is at your disposal, armband, basketball hoop, pool noodles, diving rings.

Swimming allowed provided that you respect the neighbourhood and the noise pollution indicated above (10 p.m.)

• Outdoor lighting should be turned off in the evening before you go to your rooms.
• All dirty linen (please take care not to waste towels) provided at the start of your stay (sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase, small and large towel, bathrobe, tea towel, bath mat) must be left in front of the door on the ground floor next to the toilets.
• After your departure, an inventory will be carried out within 48 hours. This will allow us to maintain/cancel the deposit or claim a surplus following hidden damage caused.
• Please use the barbecue with the equipment provided, no paper or wood fire other than for cooking.
• For toilets, nothing other than toilet paper should be thrown into the bowl. Trash cans are available.
• In the event of breakage, please notify the owners directly, even in the event of a minor problem.
• Parking: two spaces are available in front of the gîte barn, please respect them and respect the neighborhood.
• Key box: keys are at your disposal, please return the keys to their original place. 

CAUTION: The deposit will be cashed in the event of non-compliance with the rules and additional costs may be charged.

In the event of refusal to comply with the regulations, the lessee must leave the premises immediately and will not be entitled to any reimbursement. Any broken, damaged or stolen object, furniture, games, toys will be invoiced at its actual replacement value.

Article 5 - Validation of your order

Any confirmation of reservation implies your full acceptance of these general conditions of sale, without exception or reservation.

Confirmation of the reservation will constitute signature and acceptance of the operations carried out and the internal regulations.

A summary of your reservation information will be communicated to you via your reservation confirmation email address.

Article 6 - Payment

The fact of validating your reservation implies for you the obligation to pay the cash price.

A bank guarantee of an amount of €3000 for the rental of the entire gîte and its various activities offered is required.

Payment of this deposit is electronic and is made exclusively by credit card. Checks and cash are not accepted.

Article 7 - Cancellation conditions

Less than 30 and 1 day before your arrival: No refund except death, serious illness with proof from the doctor

Between 32 and 90 days before your arrival: no refund but possibility of moving to another date depending on availability (same period or surplus)

More than 90 and 1 day before your arrival: full refund or possibility of moving to another date depending on availability (same period or surplus)

Any reservation with a promotional code is non-refundable and non-modifiable

Article 8 - Availability

Our availability remains accessible as long as it is available on our website.

In the event of unavailability after receipt of your reservation, we will inform you by email within 48 hours. Your reservation will be cancelled and no bank debit will be made.

Article 9 - Liability 

The products offered comply with current French and European legislation.

Le Clos de la Côte d'Or cannot be held responsible for improper use of the products offered.

Le Clos de la Côte d'Or cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience caused by breakdown of installations (technical equipment) or damage inherent in the use of the water, electricity and internet networks, in particular a service breakdown, external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.

Objects found and/or forgotten can be returned by the owner against reimbursement of postal costs.

Article 10 - Applicable law in the event of disputes

The language of this contract is French and English.

These conditions of sale are subject to French law.

In the event of a dispute, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.

The tenant can make a complaint to the owners on site to find a solution for the slightest problem, once the stay is over, any complaint is void.
